Dr. Larson joined the management team of Phoenix Seminary in September 2007 and provides administrative leadership and support to the Seminary. Throughout his careeer Dr. Larson has provided administrative leadership to churches in areas of volunteer recruitment, leadership training, organization, and planning. God has used his skills to equip and train leaders as well as to develop and lead administrative teams.

Dr. Larson led the Seminary's self-study teams preparing for ATS accreditation renewal in 2007, as well as the teams preparing for the initial site visit of the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.
